Help us find it quicker

When you get in touch, tell us which room the water shows in, how long it has been happening and whether it only appears in wind-driven rain. A picture of the stain and one of the roof from the street on WhatsApp means we turn up with the right materials.

Water travels along timbers before it drips, so the stain is often a metre or two away from the fault. That's why we look from the outside and, where we can, from the loft as well.

Repair first
