Moss, slipped tiles and a sagging ridge had started to let the weather in. The old covering came off and new dark grey tiles went on, from the gutter up to the ridge.
The old felt had blistered and held water after every shower. It was stripped off and replaced with a smooth fibreglass roof, clean white trims and a new fascia.

The pointing had gone, the pot was leaning and the flashing had been patched with tape. The stack was rebuilt in matching brick and finished with new lead.
